Hi. I am Susan Morgan with The Path of Life Counseling! WELCOME to my website and to this "About Me" page! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, and The Path of Life Counseling is my private practice in Jackson, MS.
I have worked in private practice since 2003 and also have experience in the corporate world for a total of over 12 years counseling/therapy experience.
I am in the process of working on an "Interview with Susan" which is taking the form of responding to some questions that I anticipate you will have for me as we determine if my services are a fit for you.

I have a Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Counseling and provide counseling/therapy services for individuals, couples, families and groups.
I specialize in working with restoration, forgiveness and reconciliation with a focus on both the individual and their relationships. This includes a range of issues that impact the individual in their family, workplace and other relationships. My other specialty area is working with those who are recovering from addiction and codependency .
I serve a select spectrum of clients as a private practitioner. On the individual level my areas of expertise include managing stress, understanding emotion, processing the loss and grief of addiction and codependency, developing life skills, growing through changes in life and receiving restoration and forgiveness. On the relationship level my areas of expertise include restoration, forgiveness and reconciliation! My work includes marital adjustments, teen/parent communication, and family conflicts. I also work with relationships in the church and workplace.
What a joy it is to see my clients gain skills and to turn from places of hurt, bitterness and fear in their relationship(s) to those of healing hope and trust!
